Objective:
To provide troubleshooting steps to resolve camera connectivity issues.
1. Issue(s)
End-user states that they are having issues with their camera connecting
2. How-To/Troubleshooting Steps
✅ Step 1: Reboot
Reboot your PC to see if that fixes the issue
✅ Step 2: Check Connections
Reconnect the Keyboard/mouse: Unplug and plug it back in the receiver (dongle) using a different USB port (preferably USB 3.0). If using a wired keyboard same step applies
Try a different keyboard/mouse: Test a different keyboard/mouse
Test on another PC: This can help confirm if the issue is with keyboard/mouse or the PC.
✅ Step 3: Device Manager
Open Device Manager (Win + X → Device Manager or search for it):
Look under "Keyboards/Mice"
If you see the keyboard or mouse having yellow warning icon, it could be a driver or hardware issue.
✅ Step 4: Windows Update
Make sure your system is up-to-date:
Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates.
