Objective:
To teach the user how to fully view police reports
Issues:
User can only view one page of a multi-page police report
Steps
- Before doing anything, ensure that the file is either a .tif or .tiff file. This can be done by viewing the file in file explorer and then under the file type column checking the file type there
- Once verified, in the search bar on the task bar type in default apps and hit enter
- At the top look for a section that says "Set a default for a file type or link type" and in the search bar just below that type .tif and hit enter.
- Just below that it should pop up an app called "Photos". Click on that and change that to "Windows Photo Viewer."
- Go back to where you typed in .tif and now type in .tiff and do step 4 for that again.
