To send an encrypted email, you would choose “New Email”.
Step-by-Step:
- Compose a new email or open a draft.
- Go to the Options tab in the ribbon.
- Click on Encrypt (it may be shown as a lock icon).
- Choose one of the following (depending on your organization's settings):
- Encrypt-Only
- Do Not Forward
- Confidential
- Write your message and click Send.
