2. How-To/Troubleshooting Steps
✅ Step 1: Reboot
Reboot your PC to see if that fixes the issue
✅ Step 2: Clear Cache and Cookies:
Web App: Clear your browser's cache and cookies for Chrome or Edge.
Desktop App: Go to Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Exit.
✅ Step 3: Check for Service Outages:
Visit the GoTo Status Page to see if there are any reported issues.
✅ Step 4: Check your Internet Connection:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
✅ Step 5: Up to Date Audio and Video Drivers:
Make sure your system has no available updates
