End-users are stating that they are having issues with Nice & Contact.
2. How-To/Troubleshooting Steps
✅ Step 1: Reboot
Reboot your PC to see if that fixes the issue
✅ Step 2: Check your Internet Connection:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
✅ Step 3: Clear Cache and Cookies
Clear your browser's cache and cookies for Chrome or Edge.
✅ Step 4: Up to Date Audio and Video Drivers:
Make sure your system has no available updates
✅ Step 5: Check Web Browser Microphone Settings:
In your default browser, click the (...) in the top right corner and go to settings. On the settings page, search for "Site Settings" > Click on Site Settings > Click on "Microphone." On the Microphone setting page, change the top drop down menu to the headset.
✅ Step 6: Check audio settings in MAX
Click on the (…) to access the “More” options and go to your settings> Integrated Softphone> Device. Make sure the correct device is selected
