Objective:
To help users or managers fix screen recording when it is not working.
Issue:
Screen agent is not recording the users screen when they are taking a call.
Steps:
- Go to your preferred browsers settings
- Search for "Site settings" and click on that
- Scroll down and find where it shows "additional permissions" and click on that
- Locate where it says "Local network" and click on that
- Ensure the setting "Sites can ask to access other devices on your local network" is turned on and then where it says "Allowed to access other devices on your local network" click on add and add and then add the URL: https://max.niceincontact.com/index.html to the allowed sites
- Save and close
