End-users are stating that they are having issues logging into Webrater
2. How-To/Troubleshooting Steps
for opening policies in webrater via dotclaims, please make sure of the following:
Use Chrome, do not use Edge
Make sure you have open pop up as tab installed / enabled

Do not turn off and on the extension any more. if it does not work, let me know.
If anyone needs to switch their favorites over to chrome from edge, please follow these steps
on edge, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner
click on favorites
click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the favorites window
click export favorites
save the file
On chrome, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner
click on bookmarks and lists
click on import bookmarks and settings
change the drop down menu (where it says Microsoft Internet Explorer) to Bookmark HTML file
click choose file
select the saved favorite file from Edge
Your bookmarks will be saved in Chrome
