To provide detailed instructions on how to troubleshoot a DotClaims issue.
1. Issue(s)
End-user states they are not able to view Police Reports and other documents from DotClaims
2. How-To/Troubleshooting Steps
✅ Change default app for .tif and .tiff file extensions to “Windows Photo Viewer.”
Go to start and search for “default apps” and open it.
Once opened, you would search for both .tiff and .tif, choose “Windows Photo Viewer”, and set it to the default.
