Objective:
To learn how to reconnect to the wifi when it is showing that it cannot connect
Issues:
User cannot connect to assuranceamerica wifi after having been able to prior
Steps:
- Go to the system tray and open up the wifi portion
- Find the assuranceamerica wifi
- Right click on it
- Click "Forget Network"
- Reconnect
