End-users are stating that they are receiving “The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed” or user drives are not connecting.
2. How-To/Troubleshooting Steps
✅ Step 1: Disconnect
Make sure that the PC is disconnected from the docking station
✅ Step 2: Reboot
While disconnected from the docking station, make sure to reboot
✅ Step 3: Check your Internet Connection:
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
✅ Step 4: Sign In
Sign back into your PC using your credentials.
✅ Step 5: Reconnect
Reconnect your PC to the docking station.
