To provide detailed instructions on how to install the Global Protect VPN

End-users want to know how to connect to the Global Protect VPN
2. How-To/Troubleshooting Steps
✅ Step 1: Make sure you are connected to the new VPN
Make sure the portal address is pointed toward aainsco.gpcloudservice.com and not rvpn.assuranceamerica.com and then connect. If aainsco.gpcloudservice.com is not an option then proceed to step 2
✅ Step 2: Disconnect from from Current VPN (If there’s one already installed)
Go to your task bar and find the globe icon and click on it
Disconnect from current VPN.
At the top right, click on the options (three lines) icon and go to settings
Ensure that you’re on the connections tab and then click on the plus sign at the top right of the “Manage Portals” box
In the popup box, enter the following link: aainsco.gpcloudservice.com, and then click “Add”
In the drop down, change the portal address from rvpn.assuranceamerica.com to aainsco.gpcloudservice.com and then connect
You should now be connected, whether you are at home or in the office.
