GoTo Troubleshooting

Here are some troubleshooting steps to resolve most common GoTo issues.

1. Clear Cache and Cookies:
   • Web App: Clear your browser's cache and cookies for Chrome or Edge.

   • Desktop App: Go to Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache and Exit. 

      

2. Check for Service Outages:

   • Visit the GoTo Status Page to see if there are any reported issues. 

      

3. Check your Internet Connection:

   • Ensure you have a stable internet connection. 

      

4. Up to Date Audio and Video Drivers:

   • Make sure your system has no available updates

      

5. Restart Your Computer:

   • A simple restart can sometimes resolve the issue.
