When police reports are not loading from DotClaims, that means the default apps need to be changed for .tif and .tiff file extensions to “Windows Photo Viewer.”
Go to start and search for “default apps” and open it.
Once opened, you would search for .tif, choose “Windows Photo Viewer”, and set it to the default.
