Go to the 3 dots in the top right corner next to your profile picture. Choose “Bookmarks and lists.”
Then choose the Bookmark manager | chrome://bookmarks/
Once in Bookmark Manager choose the 3 dots in the top right corner and choose export bookmarks
You will have to save your bookmarks (I normally save them to my downloads but choose a location that you can easily access) as a HTML file.
To export your bookmarks. Once go to Bookmark Manager choose the 3 dots in the top right corner and choose import bookmarks. Once imported you will see you bookmarks under the imported folder.
